Under North Carolina law, the rabies vaccination is the only one that’s mandatory. There are, however, several others that are just as important. Rather than placing all of our patients on a “one-size-fits-all” vaccine schedule, we will get to know your pet to determine which ones they truly need. In doing so, we are able to prevent over-vaccination while ensuring that your pet is safe from the diseases that they are likely to encounter.

Based on your pet’s species, age, breed, and lifestyle factors - such as whether they spend time around other pets or are kept strictly indoors - we will develop a recommended schedule for core and lifestyle vaccines.
